For a limited time ICAS is offering members the opportunity to pay only half of the registration fee when they register, to lock in the lowest registration rate of $460. Pay $230 by July 31, and the additional $230 payment isn't due until October 31. To take advantage of this special offer select the SPEC registration code during the online registration process.

Active members, in good standing may register any individuals affiliated with their organization for the convention.
What’s Included in a Registration?
Full registration fees include admission to the four separate exhibit sessions in the 60,000 square foot ICAS Convention exhibit hall; access to nearly 70 educational sessions; our traditional welcome reception on the evening of Monday, December 2; the opening general session keynote presentation on the morning of Tuesday, December 3; complimentary lunch in the exhibit hall on Tuesday, December 3; the Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, December 4; and the annual Chairman’s Banquet (black-tie optional) on the evening of Thursday, December 5.
Day pass fees include admission to social events, education sessions and exhibit hall sessions for the day of the pass purchased. In addition, all registered ICAS Convention delegates will receive a one year subscription to the twice-monthly ICAS Fast Facts e-mail newsletter, the twice monthly ICAS Operations Bulletin e-mail newsletter, and Air Shows Magazine, the quarterly professional journal of the air show industry.

What’s Not Included in a Registration?
Registration does not include membership fees, hotel and transportation related expenses, or admission to the following convention seminars:

Refunds and Cancellations
Registration cancellation requests received on or prior to October 31, 2013 are refundable less a $50 administrative fee.
No registration refunds will be made on cancellation requests received after October 31, 2013.
Seminar cancellations received on or prior to October 31, 2013 are refundable less a $25 administrative fee.
No refunds will be made on seminar cancellation requests received after October 31, 2013.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to icas@airshows.aero.
