The individuals charged with organizing and conducting an open house at their U.S. Air Force base are operating in an unusually difficult and confusing environment. As Air Force senior leadership continues to struggle with the impact of sequestration, Air Force project officers have been asked to plan an air show with scant resources and sometimes confusing guidance. In this session, a former Air Force JAG officer will facilitate a discussion aimed at giving you insight and answers as you continue your ICAS Convention experience.
