| For the second consecutive year, ICAS will offer a training program for evaluators working in the Aerobatic Competency Evaluation (ACE) program. Building on the foundation established during last year's successful session, this year's program will focus on issues and challenges that came up during the 2014 air show season. The presentation will also include a video presentation that will show standard maneuvers flown properly and those same maneuvers shown poorly, to give ACEs a clear visual image of acceptable vs. substandard execution of specific maneuvers. ACEs and prospective ACEs are strongly encouraged to take part in this discussion which will include a conversation on Revision 8 of the ICAS ACE Manual, and proposed changes to FAA air show guidance. ACEs who do not participate in this session will be required to take an on-line version of the course to maintain their status as ACEs. |
