| In this special two-hour session, originally developed by the Board of Directors of the Northwest Council of Airshows for their 2012 NWCAS Conference, veteran air show professionals will conduct a workshop-style session in which a large part of the Champagne Ballroom is turned into a simulated aerobatic box. Convention delegates will participate in a detailed discussion of how a show site dictates box design. Delegates will discuss various challenges in and around a show site. This practical, hands-on, group participation-style session will help you understand regulatory and safety issues. It also will help you better understand the opportunities and challenges of designing and operating your own aerobatic box and show site, as well as the challenges that air show pilots face in performing within the aerobatic box. |
