| For air show professionals attending their first ICAS Convention, the tightly scheduled program and fast pace of the event can be a little overwhelming. That's why ICAS began offering this first-timers orientation several years ago as a tool to help familiarize newcomers with the convention so that they can make it productive, fun and informative. The session will begin with a short orientation about the schedule and culture of the ICAS Convention. The session will also include a series of "speed dating" type, small group conversations in which you interact with and ask questions of several veteran ICAS members about the convention and how to make best use of it.
