| In this session, an experienced air show event organizer and an experienced concessionaire will provide an overview of concessions at air shows, followed by an introduction to key concession issues, including concessions options available to event organizers, how to strike the best deal, negotiating a win-win contract with a master concessionaire, dealing with local charity groups, and other challenges that you face as you work to get the right balance for your event. You'll leave the session with a strong working knowledge of concessions and concession sales. |
