In this session, four relatively new air show event organizers will explain how they attacked the notoriously steep learning curve of the new air show event organizer, tactics and techniques they used to put on stunningly successful shows despite being new to the business, and lessons they learned along the way that you can put to use in organizing your own show. You'll also hear how they made efficient and creative use of the resources available to them to organize and conduct air shows that many would not have thought possible for a "newbie."
