| Using a unique participatory format that ICAS has used for other sessions, the new IGNITE sessions will feature multiple, facilitated group discussions on very specific topics. In this session on admissions and ticketing, following a brief introduction, participants will break out into small groups to discuss 1) the fact and fiction surrounding admission ticket price increases; 2) combating fraud and other accountability challenges; and 3) refund policies. |
