ICAS Negotiates New Deal With Paris Hotel

August 23rd, 2013

With air show professionals throughout North America suffering through sequestration, ICAS has negotiated some additional concessions from the Paris Hotel for the 2013 ICAS Convention, December 2-5.

Those who register within the ICAS block (Group Code SPICS3) at $99 per night will avoid a new $20/night “resort fee” that all other hotel guests will be obligated to pay. ICAS Convention delegates registered in the ICAS block will also receive hotel sleeping room internet access at no charge, a two-for-one coupon for drinks in le Cabaret (the air show circle bar), discounted access to the gym facilities at $10 per person/per day, and a coupon for 25 percent off dinner at Le Village Buffet for dinner.

“For most convention delegates, these new concessions will represent a significant cost savings,” said ICAS President John Cudahy. “Our goal is to do everything we can to make the convention as affordable as possible for all of our members.”
