The process of writing a Request For Proposal (RFP) from concessionaires and other vendors to provide services at your air show is an often misunderstood and critically important process that is equal parts art and science. For most shows, concessions proceeds are an essential source of revenue. Writing an RFP that accurately reflects your show’s needs and then properly assessing the response/bid you receive back from the concessions companies are part of your air show planning that you must get right. In this session, a panel of subject matter experts will explain the process, warn you about common mistakes and pitfalls and send you away with the information and insight you need to manage this process confidently, efficiently and successfully.
