| DD Form 2402 (Civil Aircraft Hold Harmless Agreement) is a document that all pilots must complete and submit to the U.S. Department of Defense to release the U.S. military from any liability related to an accident or incident involving that pilot and/or his aircraft. It is one of three documents that civilian pilots must complete in order to land their aircraft at military installations. The others are DD Form 2400 and DD Form 2401. | |
