There are few areas of air show management that confound new event organizers as frequently as ticketing and ticket management. But this is a mystery that has been solved by many of our industry’s more established shows. In this session, a representative form one of those shows will discuss what systems have been proven to work best, how to develop an effective and practical ticket sales policy, how to control ticket inventory, how to set ticket prices, and how to develop an effective accounting procedure for tracking tickets. |
