Once you’re done getting gussied up, come downstairs a little early and share a little quality time with 900 of your closest air show buddies ahead of the traditional Chairman’s Banquet.

As it has been for more than 40 years, the grand finale of the 2025 ICAS Convention will once again be the traditional Chairman’s Banquet…a chance for the air show community to gather, recognize top achievers in the business and share time together before we all head back to continue the process of preparing for the 2026 air show season. Join us as we get dressed up a bit, enjoy each other’s company and celebrate the end of the ICAS Convention and the beginning of a new air show season.

 

Survivor Party

Join us for the after party following the Chairman’s Banquet as we toast the evening’s award winners and enjoy one last opportunity to network and immerse ourselves in air show camaraderie. This is your chance to spend time with your air show colleagues before we all head home after a productive, efficient and tiring week in Vegas.

Social Event Tickets

Full registration fees include admission to all social events; our traditional Welcome Reception; the Opening General Session Keynote Presentation; the Awards Luncheon; and the annual Chairman's Banquet (black-tie optional).

Day pass fees include admission to social events for the day of the pass purchased.

Registered delegates may purchase social event tickets for the Welcome Reception ($50), Awards Luncheon ($50) and Chairman's Banquet ($75) on-site in Las Vegas for their spouses, family members and guests. Social event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
