DD Form 2402 -- Civil Aircraft Hold Harmless Agreement

DD Form 2402 (Civil Aircraft Hold Harmless Agreement) is a document that all pilots must complete and submit to the U.S. Department of Defense to release the U.S. military from any liability related to an accident or incident involving that pilot and/or his aircraft. It is one of three documents that civilian pilots must complete in order to land their aircraft at military installations. The others are DD Form 2400 and DD Form 2401.

DD Form 2401 -- Civil Aircraft Landing Permit

DD Form 2401 (Civil Aircraft Landing Permit) is the form that pilots must submit to the U.S. Department of Defense to get the permit that those pilots need before they will be permitted to land their aircraft at a U.S. military airfield.

DD Form 2400 -- Civil Aircraft Certificate of Insurance

DD Form 2400 (Civil Aircraft Certificate of Insurance) is a form that all civilian pilots must complete and submit to the U.S. Department of Defense to document that they have the insurance coverage required before they are permitted to land their aircraft at a U.S. military installation.It is one of three documents that civilian pilots must complete in order to land their aircraft at military installations. The others are DD Form 2401 and DD Form 2402.
